Heritage Media Corporation is the targeted marketing services company in the United States. ACTMEDIA as its subsidiary provides in-store marketing products and services, primarily to consumer packed goods manufacturers. The company operates in twenty-eight different countries, countries including United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and in-store marketing activities in Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East and Africa. The company also operates five network affiliated television stations and fifteen radio stations in seven major markets. DIMAC as a subsidiary creates and implements marketing programs that helps clients in their marketing expenditure and to aim potential customers nationwide. Marketing services accounted for 84% of 1996 revenues and broadcasting, 16%.
