HI-MEDIA. The Group's principal activity is to provide online advertising service. The Group operates under three major segments, Advertising space, Direct marketing and Micro payment and Publishing. Under Advertising space, different companies advertise their products in the internet space provided by the Group. Under Direct marketing, the Group provides a response to all marketing issues, from recruiting to loyalty building. The Group offers consulting and production of file plans, customer reactivation and loyalty building, routing of campaigns and helps in Creation of e-mailing, web sites and banners. Under Micro payment, the Group has developed in domains linked with e-commerce, by proposing a complete platform of electronic payment and micro-payment solutions. Under Publishing, the Group offers website publishing service. The Group operates mainly in Europe. In 2006, the Group acquired Eurovox, Actustar, Odyssee Interactive, Adream, Medianet and Milena.
