Cruise segment operations are conducted under Majestic America Line, a domestic provider of overnight passenger cruises along the inland rivers and coastal waterways of North America Marine segment provides marina design and construction services and also offers marine operations, management and consulting services to marina owners .Travel and events segment provides event and travel services to corporations, associations and trade show companies. Insurance segment provides reinsure property and casualty risks written by licensed US insurers. The Group acquired American West on 13-Jan-2006, Cetain assets of Newport Harbor Shipyard on 13-Feb-2006, Cruise-related assets and liabilities of Delta Queen on 25-Apr-2006 & Bellingham Marine on 21-Jul-2006.
