GL Events. The Group's principal activity is to design, coordinate and host all kinds of events. Services include advice on organization backed up by market studies and expertise in event coordination; Event management services such as general contracting, signage, lighting, sound, audiovisuals, furniture, stands, structures, grandstands, data base management, reception and hostesses, date-base management, reception and hostesses and floral decoration); Venue management: convention centers, exhibition centers and concert halls and Design and production of temporary and permanent fittings. The Group is also involved in the creation, rental, sale and installation of material and equipment. International operations are in Spain, Belgium, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Greece, Malaysia, Dubai, UK, USA, and Portugal. In 2005, the Group acquired the Padua Exhibition Centre, Chorus (Vannes Exhibition Centre), Hungexpo (Budapest Exhibition Centre) and Performance Organisation.
