The Group's principal activities are to provide in-depth local content and services, online city guides, local advertising, online ticketing and online personals to help people get things done online. The city guides provide up-to-date information regarding arts and entertainment events, community activities, recreation and businesses. Among other services it also provides local and national advertising, matchmaking and dating service and online marketing. Some of the Group's web sites include citysearch.com, ticketmaster.com, match.com, cityauction.com, livedaily.com and astroabby.com. Apart from the United States, these services are also provided in Canada and the United Kingdom. During 2001, the Group acquired ReserveAmerica Holdings Inc., Evite Inc., Towne Ticket and Billet Services AS.
