Total Research Corporation. The principal activities of the Company is to provide marketing research and information services to industries including automotive, chemicals, consumer products, financial services, government, health care, information technologies, manufacturing, telecommunications, travel and utilities. The services assist its clients with the pricing and positioning of new products, customer loyalty measurements, brand equity issues, organizational structure and other marketing concerns. The services are rendered through five divisions namely: Global Life Sciences, Customer Loyalty Management, Strategic Brand Research, Strategic Marketing Services-International and total/Romtec. The Company owns 13 trademarks registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and/or similar regulatory authorities in other countries. International sales accounted for 40% of total sales during fiscal 2001.
