The products of the Group include character figurines, action vehicles, drinking vessels, watches, plush toys, play sets and a variety of other items. Programs of the promotions division of the Company are utilized primarily in promotional campaigns implemented by quick service restaurant and consumer product customers. The Group has operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Turkey, Australia, the Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Mexico and throughout Latin America. The Group acquired Logistix Limited & UPSHOT in 2002. Marketing services accounted for 90% of 2002 revenues and Consumer products 10%.
