Company Description
Bucher Industries AG(BUCHER). The Group's principal activities are to manufacture agriculture and industrial machines. The Group operates in five divisions: Kuhn Group, Bucher Automobiles, Bucher Food technologies, Bucher Hydraulics and Emhart Glass. The Kuhn Group supplies specialized agriculture machinery used for fodder harvesting and feed mixers, soil working and plant cultivation. The Bucher Automobiles supplies compact sweepers and snow cleaning equipments for road and airport maintenance services. The Bucher Food technologies's segment provides food-processing technologies. The Bucher Hydraulics segment develops, produces and sells hydraulic components and customised hydraulic solutions. The Emhart Glass segment develops, manufactures and sells glass forming and inspection machines for the glass industry. On 15th February 2005 Group acquired Companhia de Implementos Agricolas MTS (Brazil). The Group has operations in Asia, Americas, Europe, & others.
