RDO Equipment Co.. The Group's principal activities are to distribute, market, service, rent and finance equipment and trucks. These equipment and trucks are offered to the agricultural, construction, manufacturing, transportation and warehousing industries, as well as to public service entities, government agencies and utilities. The Group's operations are classified into four business segments: construction, agricultural, truck and financial services and corporate. At 31-Jan-2003, the Group operated 45 retail stores in nine states namely Arizona, California, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas and Washington.
