Great Southern Plantations Ltd. The Group's principal activities are the identifying and purchasing of farming land for the establishment of Eucalyptus plantation; packaging of land for lease or granting rights to growers; and establishing and maintaining Eucalyptus and Pinus radiata plantations on behalf of growers. The Group also raises funds and leases projects through an extensive network of financial advisers, and provides financing for growers. The Group operates solely in Australia. Managed Investment Schemes (MIS) accounted for 98% of fis 2002 revenues and financing, 2%
