Empresas CMPC(CMPC). The Group's principal activities are carried out through the following business divisions: Forestry includes the management of forestry asset to produce timber used in the production of pulp, paper and folding boxboard, sale of timber under different forms, and operation of sawmills and remanufacturing plant. Pulp includes the production of long and short fiber pulp and raw and fluff pulp in rolls used in the manufacturing of absorbent products. Papers include the production and marketing of folding boxboards, newsprints, papers for corrugating, printing and writing as well as wrapping paper. Tissue includes the manufacture of tissue products in its various categories such as toilet paper, disposable diapers and handkerchiefs and paper towels. Paper products include the manufacture of corrugated cardboards for the fruit sector, salmon industry and wine sectors. The Group owns industrial plants in Chile, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay.
