Constantia Industrieholding AG has four principal subsidiaries: Iso-Holding (producing decorative & technical high pressure laminates, insulating materials, ski components, thermoplastics, fibre board, chipboard, particle board & paper products) accounted for 52% of 1994 revenues; Flexpack Holding, (the world's largest supplier of precut aluminium covers, produces and converts aluminium foil and flexible materials particularly for the packaging of food & pharmaceuticals), 25%; Duropack Group AG (manufacturing corrugated board and all forms of packaging), 17%; High-Tech Holding, (developing, producing and marketing hardware and software as well as producing tickets for electronic access control systems), 6%.
