Riverside Forest Products Limited. The Group's principal activities are to produce softwood plywood, veneer, stud and lumber. The Group also produces finger-joint lumber and a range of value-added products including railway ties, plywood bins and pallets. The manufacturing operations are located in British Columbia and the products are distributed to the customers of North America, Japan and Europe. The products are used in the Construction industry composing of residential, commercials and renovations. Lumber products accounted for 54% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Plywood and Veneer products, 33% and Value added products, 13%.
