The Company operates in two segments, Proprietary processing technologies which manufacturers and markets proprietary and patented processing technologies, designed to inhibit the enzymatic degradation that causes fruits and vegetables to begin to deteriorate immediately after processing. Perforated packaging products involves perforating, converting and printing flexible packaging, using technologies and processes and designing packaging films. The products are marketed in North America, the U.K. and Continental Europe. Packaging materials accounted for 84% of 2000 revenues and processing aids, 16%.
