LESCO, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and sell an extensive array of consumable turf care products to the green industry. The products include turf control products, fertilizer, grass seed, turf care hard goods, equipment, accessories and other related products such as irrigation equipment, protective gear and hand tools. The products are marketed under the LESCO, ELITE and Poly Plus trademarks. The Group operates through its two segments. Stores Segment and Direct Segment. The Stores Segment sells the products of the Group through Lesco service centers(R), Stores-on-Wheels(R) and direct sales representatives and other direct sales efforts. The Direct Segment is involved in corporate, manufacturing and warehousing activities. The Group had 114 Stores on-Wheel in operation. Stores accounted for 90% of 2006 revenues & Direct, 10%
