Corporate and Other: Consists the business of Smith and Hawken(R), a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor living and gardening lifestyle products. The major customers include home improvement centers, mass merchandisers, warehouse clubs, hardware stores, garden centers, food and drug stores, commercial and specialty crop growers.
