The Group assists the automobile dealers with the sale or lease of used vehicles by providing an indirect financing source for consumers with limited access to traditional sources of credit. The Group provides additional products and services to dealers which give the non-prime consumers the opportunity to purchase a number of ancillary products, including credit life and disability insurance, vehicle service contracts and point-of-sale dual interest collateral protection insurance provided by third party insurance carriers. It has more than 70,000 independent and franchised automobile dealers in the United States. Other services include marketing, sales training and a wholesale purchasing cooperative. These services are provided to the automobile dealers located in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
