McClain Industries, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sell dump truck bodies and solid waste handling equipment. The Dump truck bodies are assemblies attached to truck frames which are used to carry and dump solid materials such as dirt, gravel or waste materials. The Waste handling equipment includes containers, compactors, garbage and recycling truck bodies and transfer trailers which is used for temporary storage, transportation and compaction of commercial, residential and industrial waste/recycling materials. The products are sold through independent distributors and dealers in various regions of the US and other foreign countries. The Group's customers include distributors, solid waste handling companies, government agencies and end users. The Group also markets Truck chassis at retail level.
