Monaco Coach Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture premium motor coaches and towable recreational vehicles at manufacturing facilities in Oregon and Indiana. The product lines of the Group consist of 29 models of motor coaches and 17 models of towables. Its products are sold under the brand names of Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Beaver, Safari and McKenzie. The products of the Group are sold through an extensive network of 333 dealer lots located in the United States and Canada. The Group also owns two motor coach resort properties, the developed lots, which are sold to retail customers. On 21-Nov-2005, the Group acquired R-Visions Group of Companies.
