Exbus Vagyonkezelo Nyilvanosan Mukodo Reszvenytarsasag Formerly known as NABI Rt. The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and selling buses and individual parts, mainly to the USA market. The Company has one each subsidiary in the USA and in the United Kingdom and six divisions in the USA and two each in Hungary and in the United Kingdom. The Group manufactures buses with standard and low floor level and of different dimensions (35, 40 and 60 feet long). In 2005 the Group delivered 851 buses (489 in the USA, 350 in the UK and 12 in Hungary). In July 2005 The Group completed the sale of Optare Holdings Ltd. (UK) of which operation is discontinued. US Buses acct. for 63% of 2005 revs; UK Buses and Parts Discontinued 20%; US Spare Parts 16% and Hungarian Buses and Other 1%.
