DaimlerChrysler AG. The Group's principal activities are the manufacture and distribution of passenger cars, sport-utility vehicles, minivans and pickups and commercial vehicles. The Group's activities are carried out through five divisions. The Chrysler Group develops, produces and distributes passenger cars, minivans, sport-utility vehicles and light trucks. The Mercedes Car Group develops, designs, manufactures, assembles and sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under various brands. The Commercial Vehicles segment develops, designs, manufactures, assembles and sells vans, trucks, buses and Unimogs as well as related parts and accessories. The Services division comprises tailored financing and leasing packages for dealers and customers and also provides services such as insurance and fleet management. The Group's production facilities are located at The United States, France, South Africa, Brazil, India, Malaysia, Canada, Mexico, Thailand and Vietnam. Mercedes Group accounted for 33% of 2006 revenues; Chrysler,31%; Trucks, 19%; Financial Service , 9% and Van, 8% .
