Arctic Cat Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to design, engineer, manufacture and market snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) under the Arctic Cat brand name. The Group also manufactures related parts, garments and accessories. The Group produces a full line of snowmobiles, consisting of 53 models, sold in the United States, Europe, Canada, Middle East, Asia and other international markets. The features of snowmobile include hydraulic disc brakes and a technologically advanced front and rear suspension. The Group also provides electric start and reverse kits, luggage racks and bags, backrests, machine covers, windshields, colored accessories, maintenance supplies such as oil and fuel additives, track studs and carbide runners. The Arctic Cat ATV parts and accessories include winch kits, snow plow kits, MRP Speedrack accessories, portable lights and utility bags. The Group introduced its new Prowler UTV into market in 2006.
