Coachmen Industries Inc. The Group's principal activity is to produce recreational vehicles and manufacture modular housing and building. The Group operates in two segments: Recreational Vehicle and Modular Housing and Building. The Recreational Vehicle segment manufactures and distributes Class A and Class C motor homes, travel trailers, fifth wheel, camping trailers, truck campers and related parts and supplies. The Modular Housing and Buildings segment manufactures and distributes factory-built modules for homes, commercial building and telecommunication shelters. The major brands include Coachmen(R), Georgia Boy(R), Sports coach(R) and Viking(R). During 2006, the Group sold all of the operating assets of Prodesign, LLC and its Miller Building Systems subsidiary. The Group operates solely in the United States. Recreational Vehicles accounted for 72% of 2006 revenues and Modular Housing and Building, 28%
