Company Description
SPK Corporation. The Group's principal activity is the wholesale of replacement parts and supplies for automobiles. The Group's products include disk pads, brake shoes, brake hoses, shock absorbers, clutch disks, clutch covers and bearings. It also deals in engine bearings, oil elements, belts, piston rings batteries, spark plugs, meters, horns, oils and waxes. The Group further markets machinery parts to the manufacturers of construction machinery, industrial machinery and agricultural machinery. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Domestic sales, Export sales and Machinery parts. Domestic sales accounted for 56% of 2006 revenues; export sales, 32% and machinery parts, 12%
