Company Description
TG21 PLC Formerly known as Toad Group Plc. The Group's principal activity is incepting, developing, marketing and installing vehicle technology products, including vehicle CCTV, security, audio, cellular and navigation products. The Group's operations are carried out in three divisions: Distribution, Services and Public Transport CCTV. The Distribution business provides in-car entertainment systems, satnav/communication equipment, speed camera alerts, audio leads and own brand automotive and motorcycle alarms. The Services division supplies and installs hands-free mobile 'phone kits to corporate fleets. This division also provides insurance placement and installation of stolen in-ca entertainment and satellite navigation systems. The Public Transport CCTV division supplies and installs CCTV systems for public transport vehicles. Distribution accounted for 60% of 2005 revenues; Services, 34% and Public Transport CCTV, 6%
