JPE, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and distribute automotive and truck components. The components are primarily sold to the original equipment manufacturers. The Group through its Starboard subsidiary manufactures decorative and functional exterior components. The decorative products are utilized as fascias, body side moldings, window trim, pillar appliques and wheel trim. The functional parts are used as weather strip retainers and roof rack components and air dams. The Group's Plastic Trim, Inc. subsidiary manufactures extruded and injection molded plastic exterior trim products. These parts are primarily used for decorative and styling purposes in the production of passenger cars, light trucks, minivans and sport-utility vehicles.
