The operations are carried out through five segments: The products of the Powertrain include engine bearings, pistons, piston pins, rings, cylinder liners, valve train and transmission products and connecting rods. The Sealing Systems and Systems Protection serves the complete drive train with sealing systems comprised of a wide array of seal and gasket technologies and innovative products. The products of the Friction include brake disc pads, brake shoes, and brake linings and blocks. The Aftermarket distributes products manufactured or purchased to the independent automotive, heavy-duty and industrial aftermarket. During May 2006 the Group acquired a controlling interest in Goetze India Limited.
