Forsheda AB manufactures and markets seat heaters, gear-shift systems and other components for the automotive industry, pipe seals, seals for rotating shafts, products and components made from rubber and rubber-metal for the engineering, automotive and white-goods industries and protective masks. The company operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the rest of Europe, the USA, Singapore and Hongkong. Automotive components accounted for 33% of 1995 revenues; pipe seals, 28%; shaft seals, 23%; rubber products and components, 16%.
