The company operates through three divisions: North American Automotive Interior Systems, European Automotive Interior Systems and Specialty Automotive Products. The Company's North American Automotive Interior Systems and European Automotive Interior Systems divisions have five principal product lines -- molded floor carpet, acoustical products, luggage compartment trim, accessory floormats, and plastic-based interior trim systems and components. The Company's Specialty Automotive Products division supplies automotive fabrics and convertible top systems. The Specialty Automotive Products division sells automotive fabrics to other automotive suppliers, including suppliers with which the C Molded floor carpet accounted for 24% of 2000 revs; plastic-based interior trim sys, 24%; automotive fabrics, 15% & other, 37%.
