Engine segment designs and manufactures sophisticated electro-mechanical, mechanical and electronic components and systems used for automated transmissions, fluid pumps, engine air intake modules, engine emission controls and actuation systems. These products are sold to original equipment manufacturers of passenger cars, sport utility vehicles, trucks and commercial transportation products. Drivetrain segment designs and manufactures electro-mechanical, mechanical and electronic components and systems used for automated transmissions. The Group operates in the United States, Europe, Asia and other foreign countries.
