Tokico Ltd. The Group's principal activities are the manufacture and sale of automobile equipment. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Automobile Parts division deals with shock absorbers, suspension struts, electronically controlled suspension systems, gas springs, disk brakes, drum brakes, brake cylinders, rolling stock equipment and anti-earthquake systems); Measuring Equipment division deals with flow meters, flow meter-related systems and gasoline gauges; Pneumatic Equipment division deals with small air-compressor machines and Other division deals with real estate and other. Automobile parts accounted for 71% of fiscal 2004 revenues; measuring equipment, 23%; pneumatic equipment, 6% and other, 1%
