Mclaren Performance Technologies, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are research and development in the automotive industry on a fee for service basis and to develop new technologies to be licensed to its customers. The products and services of the Group include power development, endurance and reliability testing, software calibration and development, rapid prototyping among others. The products of the Group are marketed to vehicle OEMs and suppliers. General Motors and Ford Motor are the major customers who accounted for 54% and 17% of the total revenues respectively. McLaren engines accounted for 74% of fiscal 2002 revenues; McLaren performance products, 22% and McLaren traction, 4%.
