The company is also involved in joint venture agreements with Sumitomo Chemical Company & Showa Denko K.K. United States accounted for 61%; Europe, 29% and other foreign operations, 10% of total revenue in 1997. No single unrelated third-party customer accounted for more than 10% of total revenue in 1997.
