AT Plastics Inc. The Company's principal activities are manufacturing of speciality plastic resins and fabricated film products. The Company operates in two segments: Speciality polymers and Films. The Speciality segment produces speciality ethylene based copolymer plastic raw materials. This is used in the manufacture of hot melt adhesives, laminating products, automobile parts, flexible packaging, pipe and medical products. The Film segment produces speciality films used primarily for covering of green houses and agricultural products. The manufacturing facilities of the Company are located in Edmonton and Alberta. The products of the Company are sold in the United States, Canada and the rest of the world. Speciality Polymers accounted for 84% of 2001 revenues and Films, 16%.
