Delia*s Corp.. The Group's principal activity is the retail marketing of apparel, accessories and home furnishings. The Group distributes through two segments: Direct and Retail. Direct segment includes sales from catalogs mailed to customers and through online sales from the Group's Internet site. Retail segment includes a chain of retail stores located on the East Coast and Midwest. Products range from basics such as jeans, shorts and T-shirt's to fashion-oriented apparel and accessories such as woven and knit junior dresses, swim-wear, sunglasses, watches, costume jewelry and cosmetics.
