PC Connection, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is direct marketing of information technology products and solutions through three segments namely: Small and medium sized business segment (SMB), Public sector segment and Large corporate accounts segment. The products offered are brand-name personal computers and related peripherals, software, accessories and networking products. These products are marketed through three sales subsidiaries namely, PC Connection Sales Corporation, GovConnection Inc and MoreDirect Inc. The principal customers of the Group include small and medium-sized businesses, governmental agencies, educational organizations and medium-to-large corporate accounts. It sells its products through a combination of outbound telemarketing, field sales, targeted direct mail catalogs, internet web sites and advertisements on the internet and in selected computer magazines. The Group operates solely in the United States. Small and Medium Sized Business accounted for 54% of 2006 revenues; Large Corporate Accounts, 30% and Public Sector, 16%
