The Company licenses Palm platform to manufactures of smart handheld devices. The products of the Company include m500, m100, Palm (TM) VII, Palm V and Palm III. The products are sold to individuals, small businesses, small offices, home offices and other customers through distributors, retailers and resellers. In fiscal 2001, the Company acquired AnyDay.com, Inc., WeSync.com, Inc. and peanutpress.com, Inc.
