Sonic Solutions. The Group's principal activities are to develop and market computer software relating to digital media that enable the creation of digital audio and video titles in the CD-Audio and DVD-Video formats. It is also used for recording data files on CD, DVD and BD recordable discs and for backing up the information contained on hard disks attached to computers. The products include professional products, Roxio division and technology products. Professional products offers hardware and software authoring solutions for creating packaged media releases. Roxio division offers a number of digital media software application products under the brand name Roxio(R). Technology product develops software and software components which it supplies to the other two operating units and that is licensed to PC application and consumer electronics developers. The Group's operates in France, Germany, UK, Japan, Europe, Singapore, Taiwan and Pacific Rim. Consumer Segment accounted for 92% of fis 2006 revenues and Professional Audio and Video segment, 8%
