Company Description
Network Engines, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to develop and manufacture server appliance solutions that deliver software applications on server appliances. The Group operates in two segments: OEM Appliance and Distribution. The OEM Appliance segment develops and manufactures server appliance solutions that enable network equipment providers and independent software vendors, or ISVs, to deliver their software applications in the form of a server appliance. The Distribution segment develops, manufactures, sold, markets and supports it's NS Series Security Appliances that are based on Microsoft's Internet Security and Acceleration Server software. The Group currently offers the products under the trademarks Network Engines and TidalWire. OEM Appliance accounted for 99% of fiscal 2006 revenues and Distribution, 1%
