Company Description
Hutchinson Technology Inc. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and supply suspension assemblies for hard disk drives. It operates in two segments namely the Disk Drive Division and the BioMeasurement Division. Disk Drive Division supplies suspension assemblies which are used to hold the read/write heads in position above the spinning magnetic disks. BioMeasurement Division manufactures the device which gives hospital trauma teams the ability to noninvasively and continuously measure tissue oxygen saturation (St02) and monitor it during resuscitation. The Group's customers include SAE Magnetics Ltd, Alps Electric Co Ltd, Western Digital Corp, Seagate Technology LLC and Innovex Inc.
