McAfee.com markets and sells PC security and management software on the Internet to consumers and small to medium-sized businesses. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Latin-America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. In 2002, the Group acquired Traxess Inc and Bysupport SA. On 06-Jan-2003, the Group acquired Deersoft Inc & on 30-Apr-2003, Entercept Security Technologies. Network security and management software products accounted for 66% of 2001 revenues and Consulting services and support, 34%.
