Broadvision Inc. The principal activities of the Group are the development, market and support of software application solutions for conducting e-business interactions, transactions and services. These solutions enable e-businesses to use the web and an expanding array of wireless devices as platforms to conduct electronic commerce, offer online customer self-service and support, deliver targeted information and provide financial services such as online billing, consumer banking and brokerage provided to all constituents of the extended enterprise. These solutions are primarily used by government entities. In addition, the Company provides consulting, training and technical support services. The Company has international operations in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia/Pacific. During 2000, the Company acquired Interleaf, Inc. Software licenses accounted for 61% of 2000 revenues; professional services, 28% and maintenance, 11%.
