Graphisoft N.V.. The Group's principal activities are the development and distribution of computer aided design (CAD) and facility management (CAFM) software products. The main activity of the Group is the development of its trademark software "ArchiCAD", which focuses on automated building design. Although legally registered in the Netherlands, the Group's head office and main operations are based in Hungary, while other sales and marketing subsidiaries are situated in Germany, Great Britain, Spain, USA, Japan, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates. The products of the Group are also distributed through about sixty independent agencies and are sold in over eighty countries.
