Interlink Electronics Inc. The Group's principal activity is to design, develop and sell intuitive interface technologies and solutions for a variety of business and home applications. The Group operates in four segments: Business communications, OEM remotes, e-transactions, and Specialty. Business communications sell Interlink-branded wireless remote controls and keyboards direct to computer products retailers, corporate resellers and distributors components. OEM remotes sell wireless remote controls on an OEM basis to the leading manufacturers of presentation projectors. E-transactions sells electronic signature capture devices and depending on the customer requirement, signature-capture software. Specialty sells integrated cursor pointing technologies to manufacturers of notebook computers and industrial applications and to the manufacturers of handheld electronic devices such as MP3 players and cellular telephones.
