The Company's principal activity is to provide global solutions for knowledge assurance (European Computer Driving Licence, IT Rollout and Certification Management), which enable clients to ensure that their staff, partners and customers have the knowledge they need to achieve their goals. The Group was formally created on July 1, 2005 by a demerger. The Group's operations are carried out exactly as before, but now through an exchange listed Company.
