VA Software Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to develop, market and support a software application known as SourceForge Enterprise Edition. It also owns and operates OSTG Inc (Open Source Technology Group), a network of Internet Web sites offering advertising, retail and animation services and products. The Group operates through three segments: Software, Online Media and E-commerce. Software segment focuses on its SourceForge software products. The Online Media segment consists of a network of Internet Web sites including SourceForge.net(R), Slashdot.org serving the IT professional and software development communities. The E-commerce segment provides online sales of a variety of retail products of interest to the software development and IT communities.
