IPTE - Integrated Production & Test Engi(IPTE). The Company's principal activities are carried out through two divisions: production and test automation division which consists of the development and manufacture of production systems to be integrated into completely automated production and assembly lines for the electronics industry (includes test equipment for printed circuit board and production equipment, design and integration of complete production lines); contract-manufacturing division which operates as a contract manufacturing and services company for the electronic industry (includes production of cables, cable harnesses, printed circuit board assembly and testing). Clients are from the telecommunications, electronics, automotive, medical, computer and domestic appliance industries. The Company has subsidiaries in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the UK, Sweden, the US and Singapore. Production and test automation accounted for 58% of 2001 revenues and contract-manufacturing, 42%.
