Reliability Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture, market and support equipments used to test and condition integrated circuits. It operates through four segments: Testing products, Services, Power Sources and the Automotive segment. The Testing Products segment designs, manufactures and markets equipment used in the testing and conditioning of integrated circuits by semiconductor manufacturers. The Services segment provides burn-in and other related services to its customers. The Power Sources segment designs, manufactures and markets power sources, primarily a line of DC-DC power converters which convert direct current voltage into a higher or lower voltage. The Automotive segment produces and markets a lifting device for the automotive aftermarket. It operates in the United States and Singapore. The customers include Intel Corporation, Alliance Semiconductor Corporation and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Testing Products accounted for 70% of 2005 revenues; Power Sources, 24% and Services, 6%
