Methode Electronics, Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and market component devices and subsystems. The Group operates in four segments: Automotive, Interconnect, Power Distribution and Other. Automotive segment supplies electronic and electromechanical devices and related products to automobile OEMs, either directly or through their Tier 1 suppliers. Interconnect segment provides a variety of copper and fiber optic interconnect solutions. Power Distribution segment manufactures current-carrying bus devices and high current flexible cabling systems. Other segment designs and manufactures products for sensing dynamic and static torque without contact. The customers includes original equipment manufacturers of automobiles, information processing, networking equipment, communication systems, consumer electronics, aerospace vehicles and industrial equipment.
