Simtek Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to design, develop, produce and market nonvolatile semiconductor memories and programmed semiconductor logic products. It also provides electronics engineering research and development contracts. The products are used in commercial electronic equipment markets such as industrial control systems, office automation, medical instrumentation, telecommunication systems, cable television and numerous military systems including communications, radar, sonar and smart weapons. The Group had three sales and marketing offices, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Bristol, England and Savannah, Georgia. It also has 18 independent representative organizations with 43 sales offices and 31 distributor organizations with over 250 sales offices worldwide. Semiconductor devices accounted for 87% of 2002 revenues and Government contracts, 13%.
